Welcome to Todeschini Como! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Todeschini Como. Todeschini Como operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Todeschini Como is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You may be required to create an account to use certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Our items are high-end previous-season collections, sold in perfect condition with original labels. Product photos are for illustration only and may differ slightly in color or detail.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders must be placed via your customer account. Orders are confirmed by email and only effective once accepted. To modify or cancel an order, contact us at hello@todeschinicomo.com. Commercial use or resale of products is prohibited.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in EUR (€), VAT included. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders may be paid via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, iDEAL, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely via our partners. We do not store payment information.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within the EU via DHL Express (delivery in 1–5 business days) and internationally with applicable fees. Title and risk pass to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be new, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging. Returns within the EU are free and managed via our DHL Express account. Outside the EU, returns must be sent via standard mail at your own cost (taxes and duties non-refundable). Request your return by emailing hello@todeschinicomo.com.

SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. In-store refunds are not processed. For help, contact us at +34 951 560 689.

SECTION 8 - WARRANTY AND QUALITY
All items are inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 10 days. We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Todeschini Como or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 10 - DATA PRIVACY
Your personal data is collected only to manage orders and customer accounts. It is never sold or misused. Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics) are used for internal statistics only. You may update or delete your data from your account.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the competent court is either the customer’s domicile or Málaga, Spain, depending on who initiates legal action.
