We offer fast and secure shipping to Europe and the rest of the world.

Shipping zones and delivery times:
– Spain and France: 1–2 business days
– European Union: 1–5 business days depending on destination
– Rest of the world: 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping provider:
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs:
– European Union: Free express delivery via DHL Express
– Outside the EU: DHL Express flat rate of €25
– For countries outside the EU, any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Processing time:
Orders are typically prepared within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.

Delivery address:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs and duties:
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Undeliverable packages:
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal of customs charges, we will deduct the return shipping cost and any other related fees from your refund.
